Abstract

Uganda envisions access to education as a fundamental human right and an essential element in the national development strategy. The Pedagogic Penta-Creed advocates for a coherent approach to the education system that would enable students to develop creative potential and imagination.

Introduction

Uganda, popularly known as the Pearl of Africa, boarders with Kenya in the east, Tanzania in the south, Democratic Republic of Congo in the West, Rwanda in the South West and Sudan in the north.
